There's something about this choice that is in fact entirely related to your subject matter of parenting. I'd hope an audience interested in this would just as easily see how needed this is. 👍
I'm also working for myself after quitting my job in February 2022, and it's hard to consciously step away from it. I did so for a vacation in July. Not everything has to have a "productivity boost" argument, but we can run ourselves into the ground without stepping away periodically. And I'm not even a parent.
